"Jesus, I will give my life for the men of Cincinnati."

I had no idea what this promise would mean.  This prayer was my response to Jesus’ words to me as I prayed for the city of Cincinnati in 2005: "If you try to save your life, you'll lose it; but if you lose your life for My sake, you'll find it."

Since that day, opportunities to fulfill my promise to Jesus have continued to increase. I’ve had the honor of listening to the hearts of hundreds of men as they’ve shared personal, deep, and unresolved issues. In extended times of listening, we’ve prayed together guided by the insight of the Holy Spirit, and i’ve shared applicable tools for spiritual growth and increasing intimacy with the LORD.

Now, i believe the Lord is inviting me to give my life and time more fully to the men of this city. I’ve chosen the name The Heart Trust for my personal ministry because i believe that God has entrusted me with access and responsibility to the hearts of men for their emotional and spiritual growth.

My goal is to equip individuals and groups (mostly men) to grow in deeper wholeness for themselves and their families.  When men walk in a connected life of freedom with Jesus, knowing their true identities, their health becomes health for their families, for their communities, and, ultimately, for their city.

Through the power of Jesus' love, i am seeing men grow as marriages are restored, addictions are broken, and intimacy with God deepens. Being a conduit for restoration is a trust i do not take lightly.

With Jen being gone, this new season provides me the time, energy, and the desire. The LORD provides the experience. What i am lacking is the money that buys the time to do this.

So, here's my ask; would you consider investing financially in the above stated ministry as i walk out the mission of The Heart Trust? If you have experienced any of this before from me and believe it is viable and valuable for others in the increase of the Kingdom in Cincinnati i need partners.

"Money" can end up being a weird thing between friends, but i don't want it to. I would never co-opt any relationship, because your friendship is more important. I'm simply attempting to lay my "heart" out on the table as i walk this out in the open.
